Gift ideas

Should you happen to be interested in buying a gift for the boys, here are some ideas. This page will quickly go out of date, so it would always be best to check with us.

If you're stuck for ideas, donations are always gratefully received!

Mo
We are starting to save up for a switch-adapted CD player (£110). This would enable him to start and stop music by pressing a switch (previously bought with gift money) with his foot. (See photo below.) See >here< (for example). If you would like to contribute, that would be ideal.

James
  • Sticklebricks (he still doesn't have any and duplo is a bit advanced yet)
  • Board books (e.g. ones with photographs in so that he can point to different pictures)
  • DVDs from the "Something Special" series made for special needs children, with Justin Fletcher (see e.g. BBC web site or Amazon)
  • Money towards future purchases such as a mini trampoline (he can't jump yet), a slide, a tent or a car for outdoor play
